IN ORDER to mark Father’s Day in Portugal (Sunday, March 19), Faro’s Municipal Theatre has organised two special events for fathers to enjoy some magical moments with their children.
Rui Gonçalves will be serenading fathers and their infants with his violin in a 30-minute recital beginning at 11am on Sunday. This session is open to babies up to 18 months and 25 places are available.
Meanwhile, Inês Rosa will be playing her flute then storytelling in a 30-minute session aimed at children aged from two to six years. A total of 20 places are available for this session and parents are invited to bring any toy instruments their children may have at home.
