IN THE Resident edition of August 25, an article about the Summer Fashion Charity Garden Party organised by a local committee was published. However, some of the information was incorrect.
The venue was Casa Andorinha and the 594.75 euros was donated to the Goldra animal centre near Loulé and the animal charity shop in Albufeira.
Many local residents and companies donated prizes and gave their time for free in order to organise the day in conjunction with a committee, who worked their socks off!
The committee found models for the fashion show, organised practice sessions and the fashion show and garden party as a whole, which took a lot of time and effort.
