A new bike path will be built along Faro’s Estrada Moinho da Palmeira road, which links the roundabout near the local fire station to Atalaia and Bom João.
Representing a €358,000 investment, the project also involves completely repaving the road.
The local council warns that traffic will be disrupted on the road due to the works, which are expected to last around four months.
