Spanish airline Air Nostrum’s new route linking Faro to Madrid was officially inaugurated on Monday (June 1) at Faro Airport.
Tourism and airport bosses, Desidério Silva and António Mendes respectively, welcomed the first passengers using the route by offering them samples of the Algarve’s culinary delicacies.
