Faro’s municipal library is closing on Wednesday, November 15 for renovations, the town hall has announced.
The bulk of the work will involve replacing the library’s floors, which represent a €15,000 investment.
The library, which opened in 2000 and has over 21,000 registered readers, is expected to reopen at the start of 2018.
