A new service offering transportation between the Pier at Portas do Mar and Faro Island has begun and will run until September.
There will be six daily crossings, with the journey taking around 30 minutes and costing from €3 for adults and €1.80 for children for a round trip. The service is due to continue into September with adjustments made to the timetable.
A spokesman from Faro Câmara said: “The service has been created to ease the access of visitors between Faro and Faro Island.”
