Algarve Tarde Experience

Faro hosts wine and spirits trade show on March 6 and 7

Algarve Trade Experience will feature 510 brands and will be open to the public from 18:00 to 21:00.

The 9th edition of the Algarve Trade Experience (ATE) takes place in Faro on March 6 and 7. Promoted by Garrafeira Soares, the wine and spirits event is deemed essential in the drinks industry.

This year’s event will feature a circus theme. It will take place in two locations: the iconic Teatro das Figuras, designed by architect Gonçalo Byrne, which will be the stage for wine partners, and along the protected area of the Ria Formosa, the Passeio Ribeirinho, where various spirits partners will be set up in circus tents overlooking the seagrass meadows.

As always, the event will feature plenty of entertainment with live music, a DJ, finger food, and many activities. The event is open between 14:00 and 21:00 on both days. It is mainly frequented by beverage industry members and has seen an increasing number of visitors each year, counting over 3700 in 2020.
