A conference highlighting animal abuse and abandonment will take place on March 12 (Saturday) at the Faro HQ of the Portuguese Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados).
The event begins at 9.30am and will feature several speakers including PSD MP Cristóvão Norte, Lisbon’s animal ombudsman Inês Real and attorney general Eunice Marcelino.
Admission is free though animal association PRAVI, the organiser of the event, is asking people to bring along a donation for animals in its care.
