A colourful four-metre-tall steel sculpture in the shape of an ice cream is currently on display at Faro airport.
The work by Portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos, entitled Tutti-Frutti, is part of the Allgarve’11 contemporary art programme and can be viewed until September 30.
The ice cream sculpture is made of several sand moulding shapes often used by children on the beach.
