SC Farense have won the Algarve Football Association Cup with a thrilling 8-5 victory over SC Portimonense in the final. The fast and furious indoor 5-a-side football has thousands of followers nationwide with 14 professional teams competing at the top level. Eighty-four teams compete in Divisions Two and Three whilst hundreds of teams battle it out for recognition at district level.
