A Family and Minors court judge – known as ‘the children’s friend’ – has called a dog to the stand in an historic case between two former partners and the custody of a seven-year-old pitbull.
Sadly, Joaquim Silva says he is still no nearer understanding who the dog would be best placed with. Referring the matter to a specialist, a decision on the future of Kiara is expected “in the next few days” say reports.
