Eyewear specialists Optimax receive coveted ‘PME’ status

Eyewear specialists Optimax have received the coveted ‘PME Líder’ status, which aims to distinguish small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) for their positive performances.

“We feel very proud for having received this status again in 2017 and will continue working daily to offer only the best to our clients, employees and partners,” said José Cabrita of Lima Cabrita S.A. which owns the Optimax brand.

“For us, to be ‘PME Líder’ is a vote of confidence not only from public entities, but mainly from our clients,” he added.

Though the company is still enjoying the feeling of being officially recognised as a leading business on a national level, the goal now is to “continue growing”.

“We want to continue being considered the best at what we do and offering our clients the latest collections, the most reputable brands and the best service and equipment available in the eyewear market.”

The ‘PME’ awards are granted by IAPMEI, the institute that supports SMEs in Portugal.

Optimax has six stores in the Algarve – three in Faro and the others in Quarteira, Vilamoura and Messines.
