Exports slightly down in November

Portuguese exports dropped 0.7% in November of last year compared to the previous month but were up 7.2% when compared to the same month in 2012, according to data from the National Statistics Office (INE).Putting a positive spin on the news, INE reported that although exports were down, the country reduced imports by 10%. Imports were up, nonetheless, when compared to the same period in 2012.
