An evening with Chef Joachim Koerper will be held at O Terraço Restaurant within the Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres on October 26 at 8pm.
The Chef, despite his German origin, has a passion for the tastes, colours and aromas of Mediterranean cuisine and southern European produce.
His philosophy is, use only ingredients that are locally grown, fresh and natural.
His cuisine is modern and innovative yet rooted in the traditions of Mediterranean cooking.
Throughout his career Joachim has worked in international Michelin Star restaurants and is now the Chef of one of Lisbon’s top restaurants, Eleven.
For this exclusive evening Chef Joachim has prepared a special menu that will be served with Herdade dos Grous wines.
The menu includes tuna tartar with wasabi roe and ginger vinaigrette, red mullet fillet a la Pisaladiere, Alentejo pork with cupaçu and barley risotto and coffee macaroon with caramel ice-cream and fleur de sel.
Price per person is €60.
