Luz-based charity Madrugada has cancelled a Tea Dance which was due to take place on May 22 at the Penina Hotel near Portimão. “Often people intend to support an event but don’t book tickets in advance or leave their purchase until a day or two before the event”, said organisers. “Sales fell short of expectation” and cancellation of the event was inevitable. Madrugada supports people with life-limiting illnesses.
