Californian-style burritos, fajitas, tacos, quesadillas, salads and nachos are just some of the delicious dishes you can order at the new Baja Fresh Mexican restaurant which has opened at Mar Shopping Algarve in Loulé.
It is the first eatery that the American chain has opened in Europe.
No matter what dish you order, the concept at Baja Fresh is the same – fresh, traditional Mexican food made with a Californian twist and without any processed ingredients.
Mar Shopping general manager Herman Gewert is delighted to see the shopping centre’s food court gain even more variety and says that Mar Shopping is committed to offering “exclusive concepts and options that visitors can only find here”.
“Apart from our gastronomic variety, we also have a large outdoor terrace where visitors can enjoy their meals,” he adds.
