Around 70 students believed to be on the Erasmus foreign exchange programme were ‘interrupted’ by police last night as they held an illegal party in Coimbra ‘disrespecting the current State of Emergency’
Most of them fled, but police managed to serve offence notices for “non-observance of the duty to remain at home” on roughly 30 young people.
PSP district command has since reiterated the need for citizens to comply with State of Emergency regulations.
