A campaign launched this month by ERA real estate agency and the Institute of Employment and Training in Portugal (IEFP) aims to assist as many unemployed people as possible, between the ages of 25 and 63.
“The objective of this initiative is to provide the opportunity for people with potential to return to work in the real estate industry and enhance the quality of stores in the Algarve,” ERA said in a statement. Those interested in joining the network of real estate agencies, in the commercial or administrative areas, should be proactive and ambitious, be able to work as a team member and work toward goals, said ERA.
During the month of August, ERA branches in Almancil, Loulé, Faro and Olhão will be hosting presentations, promoting the campaign and offering informative tips on working with the company. Following presentations, candidates may be interviewed for a position.
ERA aims to hire a minimum of 1,500 people during the next 12 months in order to meet the challenges of the current housing market.
