Equestrian demonstration

Riding enthusiasts from across the Algarve travelled to Pinetrees Riding Centre in Almancil on November 1 to attend a talk by Sylvia Loch.

More than 30 horse owners, managers and trainers gathered for the presentation by the acclaimed equestrian teacher and writer.

Sylvia Loch’s passion for the Lusitano Horse first began after she lived in the Algarve during the early 1970s and she demonstrated classical principles of riding with emphasis on the wellbeing of the horse and the importance of the rider and horse working as

one together.

The event was sponsored by Pinetrees as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations at the centre.
