The third EPIC SANA Beach Run will be held on March 10, starting from Falésia beach, Açoteias (Albufeira) at 10am and taking in the scenery of neighbouring Tomates and Rocha Baixinha beaches.
Participants can choose to either run (10km) or walk (5km).
Organised by EPIC SANA hotel, which is celebrating its sixth anniversary, in partnership with Free Challenge Association, the EPIC SANA Beach Run will be raising funds for the Albufeira Voluntary Firefighters.
Registration is until March 7, with runners paying €7.50 and walkers €5. All participants will receive a T-shirt and other goodies to be collected at the hotel on March 9, from 4pm to 7pm.
On the day, registration is possible between 8am and 9am; runners pay €15 and walkers €10.
Birthday cake will be served before everyone sets off, with water and fruit provided throughout the challenge.
