Students and guest dancers from the Dance Algarve 2010 course will be staging performances based on the course content in a series of shows culminating in the On Stage performance to mark the end of Dance Algarve 2010.
Dance fans will be able to watch a variety of dance styles during the three performances including a display from John Mowat and the pupils of his mask workshop performing exerts from The Tempest by William Shakespeare and classical and neo classical ballet performances by the Cape Junior Ballet company.
The On Stage performance on April 3 from 6.30pm will be a chance for audiences to observe the pupils at the end of the course and enjoy the new skills they have acquired while being part of Dance Algarve 2010.
The performances are due to take place at the Centro Cultural de Lagos between April 1 and April 3 with varying performance times.
Tickets cost six euros per person and three euros for concessions.
