English pianist Paul Crossley will be giving concerts on March 21 and March 24 at the Cultural Centre of São Lourenço.
Paul Crossley from Yorkshire began his musical journey at Oxford’s Mansfield College, which led him to a lifelong career playing the piano.
The first performance at the Cultural Centre will feature pieces by Scarlatti, Chopin, Szymanowski, Rachmaninov and Prokofiev, while the following presentation will feature musical compositions by Fauré, Rachmaninov, Grieg and Scarlatti.
Both concerts will begin at 7.30pm and doors will open from 6.30pm to serve refreshments.
Throughout the interval, refreshments and canapés will be served to guests.
Entry will cost guests and members of the Amigos Music Association of São Lourenço €25.
Upcoming performances will be given by pianist Marianna Shirinyan on April 8 and 11.
