English football fan, Rory Coleman, plans to run from London to Lisbon to watch the national team’s first match in the European championships. The 42-year-old football fanatic aims to complete the 1,300-mile journey by averaging 30 miles per day and hopes to arrive in Lisbon in time for the first England match. The director of a printing company, Coleman is running in order to raise funds for the male cancer charity ‘everyman’. He will be dressed in full England strip and will carry a big St George’s flag for the duration of the run. Rory has already completed 424 different marathons, but this will be his longest run ever.
