The leader of the Algarve Social Democrat Party (PSD Algarve), Mendes Bota, wants to create an alliance for energy in the Algarve in order to make the region cleaner and more self-sufficient from an environmental perspective.
The Social Democrat leader, speaking at the Renewable Energy and Sustainable Tourism conference last weekend in Albufeira, said that this new concept could create wealth, employment and investment for the region.
