Two men died in a motorbike accident on the EN125 road in Guia, Albufeira on Thursday afternoon (November 29).
According to Correio da Manhã, the victims were a 62-year-old man from Guinea Bissau and a 24-year-old man described as a Guia resident.
The accident happened when the younger man crashed into the older man with his motorbike. Further details are still scarce, with CM reporting that the crash caused the younger man to hit a car.
INEM emergency services and Albufeira Bombeiros were called to the scene but both men were already dead.
The accident is being investigated by the GNR police’s criminal investigation of road accidents unit.
