Emirates Airlines recruits flight attendants in Portugal

Emirates Airlines, one of two flag carriers of the United Arab Emirates, is hiring cabin crew and will be travelling to Portugal in March for two recruitment days in Lisbon (March 21) and Faro (March 28).

Applicants must be “at least 21 years old, have a minimum arm-reach of 212 cms (on tip toes) to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types, a high-school education, be fluent in written and spoken English, medically fit and present a positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.”

The ‘Cabin Crew Assessment Days’ are “invitation only”, so those interested in applying must do so beforehand. Emirates will then narrow down the list, sending out a final invitation to anyone who makes the shortlist.

Emirates says it offers “competitive and tax-free salaries, accommodation, transportation to and from the airport, health insurance and at least 30 yearly holiday days”.
