Portuguese with an ambition to become air stewards are being invited to apply to Emirates Airline, the fastest growing international airline in the world.
Open days have been arranged for prospective candidates at the Hotel Sheraton in Lisbon and Porto and Hotel Faro, and potential applicants are being encouraged to visit the airline’s website to study information and details.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old with a sympathetic nature and strong desire to care for the needs of passengers. They also need to submit a curriculum vitae in English with a portrait photo and are advised to register online before attending the open days which are scheduled for February 19 (Porto) and February 27 (Faro). The Lisbon open day was held on February 9.

The recruitment team is looking for dedicated cabin crew to service flights to 129 destinations in 74 different countries.
Emirates Airline currently employs 16,000 people on cabin crew duties variously speaking 50 languages.
The airline has a fleet of 197 aircraft including 31 Airbus A380 planes with 59 more Airbus A380 on order.
