Essentially meaningless, and the reason for the fact that Portugal still doesn’t have an ‘official government in place’, the re-count of the nation’s emigré votes is taking place in Lisbon today and tomorrow. Whatever the results, PM Costa will be presenting his list of minister to President Marcelo tomorrow evening, and the new Socialist government will be official sworn in on March 30.
