easyJet opens client support centre in Lisbon, promising 190 new jobs

Low-cost airline easyJet has announced it is creating 190 jobs in Lisbon with the opening of a new client support centre, in collaboration with consumer services provider Webhelp.

In a statement released today, the airline says its plan shows “its commitment to the government and the Portuguese”.

The centre will offer passengers help in Portuguese, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, and will involve jobs on multiple levels, from directors to operators.

Partner Webhelp is a French business, explains Lusa, which has a client base including large companies like Vodafone, Air France and Sky.
