EasyJet expands summer schedule thanks to popular destinations like Faro

Despite the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, British airline easyJet has expanded its summer schedule thanks to “better-than-expected demand” fuelled by popular destinations such as the Algarve’s capital Faro.

In other words, not even the British government’s decision to keep Portugal off its travel corridor is stopping tourists from travelling to the sunny Algarve.

As part of its expansion plan, the low-cost carrier plans to operate around 1,000 flights a day in August.
