IN HOLLAND an elderly man on his bicycle chased a shoplifter after he saw the thief being chased by workers at a supermarket.
He crashed his bike into the man’s legs to stop him and the two of them fell over. The shoplifter was arrested and his swag, 122 euros worth of cosmetics, was later returned to the supermarket. The elderly cyclist was taken to hospital, where he was treated for injuries he sustained during his brave act.
