Three-time handball world champion Lyudmila Postnova is recovering from injury in the Algarve. The 27-year-old Russian star player is one of the first athletes to make use of new facilities at Colina Verde near Olhão and is hoping to be fit again for her country’s next challenge for gold in Brazil in December.
