AN ENGLISH version of the eastern Algarve website, www.eastalgarve.com, is now up and running, according to the group that spearheaded the initiative, Associação Sotavento Algarvio (ASA).
The website provides useful information about the eastern Algarve, including golf, accommodation, gastronomy and entertainment. It was launched by the ASA in an effort to attract more visitors to the area and with the English option, it is hoped that tourists from abroad as well as expatriates will visit.
