Alcoutim’s Feira de Artesanato e Etnografia, an ethnographic art show held at the Pego Fundo river beach last weekend, attracted thousands of visitors to the eastern Algarve town.
Around 50 artisans could be seen creating masterpieces live, while the fair generally aimed to recreate everyday life in the serra in the old days.
Visitors were also able to sample typical gastronomy and listen to traditional music.
