A €110,000 project to repave the main road in the rural area of Messines de Cima in Silves has been completed.
The renovation work also included the replacement of the area’s water supply pipe.
Silves council says the new road will bring a “significant increase to safety” for drivers and pedestrians, while the new water pipe hopes to avoid the “constant ruptures” that occurred previously.
