A Dutch couple has been killed in a road accident involving a car and a ‘betoneira’ (concrete mixer truck) on the EN2 in Estoi, near Faro this morning (January 10).
The crash happened in the area of Coiro da Burra at around 11.20am.
Details of the victims and the circumstances of the accident are still coming through, with Faro’s CDOS rescue operation command only confirming for now that the victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
