A new exhibition entitled ‘Trees, they were once humans, just like us’ will be on display at the Porca Preta gallery in Monchique starting at 5pm on Sunday, September 29.
Featuring works by the Dutch art collective ‘Kolektiv Suncokret’, the exhibition focuses on the “relation between humans and nature”.
Says the gallery, “these works are about the trees of Monchique, both the ones that were victim to the fire as well as the ones that survived”.
