A MAN in Germany failed his driving test because he was three times over the legal alcohol limit.
His examiner could smell alcohol on him but the man insisted he was sober, so the examiner allowed him to take the test. When it became apparent that he was lying, the examiner guided him to the nearest police station, where he failed both his driving and alcohol test.
