A group of Seixal residents stopped a drunk man driving up a one-way street, only to see him kick and headbutt police, shouting that he was in a hurry as he “had to get to Switzerland”. The man, found to be three times over the limit, was eventually charged but released pending trial as “the law does not allow for imprisonment in these type of cases”, writes Correio da Manhã.
