Dear Editor,
With the recent announcement about the possibility for future offshore drilling for gas etc in the waters in the Algarve, just recently it has been recorded that off the north west coast of England such exploration drilling is taking place and due to this practice more severe earth tremors are becoming more frequent in nearby towns, which is causing concern as it could rise to earthquakes.
Could this be nature’s way of saying stop interfering?
Let us take heed of this warning for our territory here as we are in a zone of earth tremors.
What will happen in the future? Scare off much sought-after revenue from tourists.
