Dragonfly debate

A presentation of the Algarve’s dragonflies and damselflies will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at the Centro Ciência Viva de Lagos from 3.30pm.

In high numbers in the region between March and November, more than 50 Odonata species can be found in the Algarve.

Nuno Loureiro from the Algarve University will be speaking about the importance of these insects as a way of diversifying the region’s nature tourism offers.
