Secretary of State Assistant to the Health Minister Leal da Costa has admitted that it is “inevitable” that the government will discuss the legalisation of cannabis for therapeutic use in the health system.
Talking in parliament this week, Leal da Costa said he was actually against the plan, as there are alternatives available, but that there are “no taboos” when it comes to subjects under review.
