Sea tourism activities company Dolphins Driven in Albufeira announced that it had become the first company of its kind to receive a certificate of quality under the Standards ISO9001 regulation.
The company began their certification process in January and achieved the goal last month.
The quality certification provides recognition of the company’s services, their alliance with suppliers, compliance with quality requirements, their specialisation of employees and customer satisfaction.
A spokesman for Dolphins Driven said the company decided to take part in the quality assessment to differentiate itself from the competition.
