ADVICE ON Portugal’s employment law, taxation, legalisation of business, offshore companies, submitting accounts, professional training programmes and many more topics will be covered at the ‘Doing Business in Portugal Seminar’, taking place at the Hotel Náutico in Armaçãode Pêra on Monday, November 14.
This seminar provides the foreign community in the Algarve with an excellent opportunity to receive essential information, in an easy-to-understand format, for organising their business affairs in Portugal, according to the new laws approved for 2006.
New timings and extra speaker
Please note that there has been a last minute change to the programme. The timings have been altered and the programme will now run from 10am to 6pm. One hour for questions has been allowed at the end of the seminar. Topics will be covered by a panel of experts hosted by Dra. Filomena Ramilo, chartered accountant and tax advisor, which includes Dra Alice Paço Ferreira, lawyer (labour law), Dr. Jorge Scharfhausen, economist (professional training), and new addition Dr. Eduardo Serra Jorge, lawyer, who, due to popular demand, will be speaking about offshore companies.
