Lagos is hosting another walk for dogs and their owners on September 9, starting at 9.30am from the Jardim Parque da Cidade. Walkers and their dogs are invited to participate in another ‘Cãominhada’ and help raise funds for AEZA, an animal welfare association in Aljezur. The easy one hour long walk aims to raise awareness against animal cruelty and encourage adoption of rescue animals. Various animal welfare associations will be taking part with stalls at Jardim Parque da Cidade. A dog training show will be held after the walk. Cost per participant is €2.
