One in three people have tried at least one diet regime in their lifetime. No sooner has a book been published offering the weight loss regime of the century then another diet is launched, claiming that all previous diets are dangerous or have only short term effects.
Low fat, low carb, watch your GI, eat only bananas, vegetable soup, egg and grapefruit – these are all diet opportunities that many of us have used to try to remove unwanted kilos.
