Pre-launch event “nothing short of a grand spectacle”
A special event took place in Carvoeiro on Friday, September 22, marking the pre-launch celebration of Primelife, a tourist development consisting of 30 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments.
It represents the most recent undertaking by developer Carvoeiro Branco, constructed under the expertise of MSC Construções and featuring interior design by Georgia. The event was described by those in attendance as “nothing short of a grand spectacle”, with “opulent finger foods”, “exquisite cocktails”, and a “networking extravaganza” that left “everyone in awe”.
Erik de Vlieger, owner of Carvoeiro Branco and a prominent figure in the local real estate industry, delivered a captivating speech, setting the tone for an evening filled with excitement and anticipation.
As the guests arrived, they were welcomed by the hosts, and a toast was raised to commemorate this significant milestone. “Attendees realised the unique opportunity that Primelife represented, as 20% of the project has already been sold,” confirmed Carvoeiro Branco.

The guest list included realtors, bankers, and representatives from the tourist industry, who were all invited to experience “the grandeur of Primelife”, said the developer. The event was also attended by Lagoa Mayor, Luís Encarnação, underscoring the project’s significance to the local community.
The pre-launch event was not just a business affair; it was a celebration, which was hailed a great success. The vibrant atmosphere was enhanced by a DJ spinning groovy tunes and a mesmerizing live violin performance that added a touch of class to the evening.
To create an even more captivating ambiance, three luxury cars were strategically placed around the site, elevating the sense of sophistication and luxury that Primelife embodies. As a token of appreciation, each guest received a goodie bag, complete with a tailor-made bottle of champagne in the Primelife style, ensuring that the “memories of this splendid evening would linger long after the event concluded”, the developer said.
