A detox retreat is being held in the spa of Vila Sol Algarve and Renaissance Spa & Golf Resort in Vilamoura from November 27 to 29. A team of alternative medicine professionals will be on hand to promote therapies such as traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, macrobiotic food and Chakra balancing. This retreat lasts for 33 hours over three days and costs 649 euros per person, which includes accommodation at the hotel, food, seminars, workshops and lessons.
