DESIGNER TEXTILES continues to go from strength to strength and, as part of their continuing expansion plan, the business has a new manageress, Deirdire Thomson, originally from Johannesburg in South Africa.
Deirdire has been involved with home furnishing and interior decorating for 15 years and so adds a wealth of experience to a very well established and respected textile and home furnishing business.
She speaks fluent Portuguese and will be very much involved in the selection and buying of exciting new ranges as the business expands more and more into bespoke furniture ranges.
The refurbished gallery displays many of the new lines and now that Loraine Cooper, the owner of Designer Textiles, based in Odiáxere, will be far more involved with the administration and the exciting new products envisaged it means that both she and Deirdire will have their hands full as the business moves forward.
