Carvoeiro Branco, a real estate development company which has already completed the renovation of landmark buildings such as Atrium Lagoa, has announced that demolitions have begun to make way for the construction of a new building called Atrium Liberdade in Lagoa.
“We are thrilled to announce the long-awaited start of demolitions for Atrium Liberdade, the transformative modern urban living project in Lagoa,” Carvoeiro Branco said in a statement.
“Lagoa Council’s approval for the road closure and demolition of the old ruins marks the beginning of an exciting phase that will see the creation of a stunning new building, adding to the beauty of our community,” it adds.
The project is being carried out in collaboration with MSC Construções and its first phase is now in full swing as the old building and ruins are being cleared to make way for the construction of “33 sleek and contemporary apartments.”
Designed by Studio Arte Portimão, Atrium Liberdade aims to “elevate urban living to new heights, promising an unparalleled living experience for its future residents.”
Says Carvoeiro Branco, the overwhelming demand for Atrium Liberdade has “surpassed all expectations.
“We are elated to announce that 17 out of the 33 apartments have already been sold, and with the enthusiastic response from our community, we anticipate being completely sold out after the summer. Atrium Liberdade promises to be a vibrant community, redefining urban living with cutting-edge amenities and an exceptional location,” the company adds.
Carvoeiro Branco is also developing other projects in Lagoa, from a “high-performance centre for elite ahtletes and teams” called Match Lagoa to Vale da Pipa, a residential complex which will boast 304 apartments.
